Welcome to Wild Hare Fiber!  We are a small business located in beautiful West Linn, Oregon.  My name is Cathy Ware and I am the owner, designer, wool dyer, and basic jack-of-all-trades for Wild Hare Fiber.  My husband Doug is my loving assistant and together we are here to share with you our love of color and all things fiber!

I ask for your understanding and patience as I work at getting this website up and running.  I will be adding products, information, and pictures in the days and weeks to come.  Please come back frequently to check out all Wild Hare Fiber has to offer!  Our speciality here is hand dyed wool fabrics for wool applique and craft sewing and embelishment.  Hand dyed roving and spinning batts will also be added, as time goes on, along with hand spun yarn and hand made items.

Make sure you check out the pattern section when you visit. I will be publishing some of my own designs in the months to come.  I like to focus on folk art and primitive designs but don't be surprised by the occasional whimsical or more modern design. I will also be sharing with you patterns by other designers who reflect my focus as well.
